SABA/LMS Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Utilize your expertise in
    • SABA Cloud catering towards the Learning Management functions and integration with Oracle Cloud HCM
    • Oracle Cloud HCM for the Compensation and Performance and Goals functions
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development business organization in understanding the current state processes and potential improvement opportunities
  • Perform the analysis and present the recommended solution to the business and IT stakeholders
  • Lead the solution deployment in collaboration with business and IT delivery teams
  • Maintain vendor relationship with SABA product, Consulting and Outsourcing services partners
  • Support additional HRIS strategic initiatives, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years professional experience in an IT environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes across all levels of an organization
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting solutions in SABA and Oracle Cloud environments
  • Experience with Learning and Development business processes or solutions strongly preferred
  • Experience with business process improvement methods (i.e. Lean) preferred
