Job Description

My Client has an urgent need for a Peoplesoft Developer who has a solid understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2. Client is open to a long-term Contract (24-36 months), Contract to Hire or PERM.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
May perform any or all of the following duties:

?      Ability to create an modify reports from BI Publisher
?      Develops and debugs SQR's, Application Engines, and PeopleCode
?      Executes PeopleSoft Upgrades and implements bundles and fixes utilizing PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) (PLUS)
?      Simultaneously multi-tasks different projects
?      Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external). 
?      Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
?      Attends seminars and completes other training to remain current on industry trends
?      Participates  in company meetings, webinars and conference calls
?      Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

 
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

?      Must possess approximately 5-7 years  of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of  IT-PeopleSoft Applications and Hyperion
?      Experience with PeopleSoft Real Estate Management (Plus)
?      BA/BS Degree preferred
?      Must have technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Development tools (PeopleCode, App Engine and Component Interface)
?      Must have experience with PeopleSoft Finance 9.2
?      Must have knowledge of web and reporting services
?      Must have knowledge of .Net development
?      Must have knowledge of SDLC (System Development LifeCycle)Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify
