HRIS Analyst needed asap.
3 months+,with the possibility to go perm
Currently have a project in the conversion process - PayCom now and transitioning back to ADP Workforce Now. Company had ADP for years, a couple years ago switched to Paycom and didn't transition well. They need to go back to ADP due to a merger with another company. Things going well with the merger, taking on 350+ employees, bringing them to 700 total employees.
Currently working with the ADP Workforce Now team.
ATS - recruitment module and performance module.
They have a consultant in place and need another to help get the transition done. They are trying to go live by Jan 1.
Must be familiar with:
ADP Workforce Now
Benefits transitions - benefits need to be loaded properly
Recruitment module - understand the module and make sure it works.
The other gal is working on the payroll piece
Pull reports, understand mapping processes
Needs an HRIS analysts - who understand the system
Hours: 40 hours, flex time
