Web Developer (WordPress/PHP)

Job Description

Web Developers will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. They have different programming skills including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and will also have understanding of aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).
 
Major Essential Duties:

  • Designing and implementing new features and functionality
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
  • Write "clean', well-designed code
  • Produce detailed specifications
  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Experience working on high volume traffic websites a plus!

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in Web Development
Mastery of PHP and WordPress
Expert level knowledge of HTML,CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with jQuery,Bootstrap, React, AngularJS, Laravel
