Our client is looking for a level one Help Desk Support professional. Eventually this person will be responsible for end user training and support of internal applications and systems.
This is a full time, direct hire role in 24x7 Helpdesk. Must be flexible for either of the two shifts below:
Bachelors Degree OR 2-3 year’s work experience in a Helpdesk setting
Prior experienced in a technical call center a plus.
Strong user-facing, customer service and communication skills
Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to multitask
