Our client is looking for a level one Help Desk Support professional. Eventually this person will be responsible for end user training and support of internal applications and systems. 

This is a full time, direct hire role in 24x7 Helpdesk. Must be flexible for either of the two shifts below:

  • Wednesday - Sunday:  10pm - 7am
  • Friday - Tuesday: 2pm - 11pm
Job Duties
  • Support internal and external users on internal applications
  • Create/update/follow-through to resolution help tickets
  • Recommend/update process improvements as needed
  • Train new helpdesk agents
  • Ability to escalate system outages to Helpdesk Management in a timely manner when needed
  • Flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related filed, or 2-3 year's relevant work experience 
  • Prior experience in a Helpdesk call center is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree OR 2-3 year’s work experience in a Helpdesk setting Prior experienced in a technical call center a plus. Strong user-facing, customer service and communication skills Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to multitask
