DIRECTOR CLIENT SERVICES
The Director, Client Services will be responsible for building distributed organization who will serve as our implementation and partner enablement experts in the Robotic Process Automation space using our products. In this role, you will work with the Executive leadership team to define the current and future Services and Support strategy. You will be responsible for:

The Director, Client Services will be responsible for building and leading a Latin America distributed organization who will serve as our implementation and partner enablement experts in the Robotic Process Automation space using our products. In this role, you will work with the Executive leadership team to define the current and future Services and Support strategy. You will be responsible for:
Leading the professional services and partner enablement teams of a product company as a PS org with its own KPIs, goals and P&L.
Defining processes and managing collaboration with global Services teams
Provide leadership for the Services function and integrate strategic direction into the Services program activities and goals.
Select, build and develop the team by recruiting, training, defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching and training.
Define and develop Services offerings that meet the needs of our customers and partners, drive new markets and/or expand existing market presence, and generate ROI
Develop strong working relationships across Sales, Partner Enablement, Product and Marketing teams
Execute strong business practices to drive effective use of consulting methodologies within the team to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
Contribute to the Product team by providing insight and feedback relative to customers critical business issues and solutions opportunities.
Improvise customer's adoption of our technologies and provide superior customer experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
15+ years of work experience.
10+ years experience in software professional services and/or partner enablement roles
3-5 years managing a professional services organization as a VP, Professional.
Deeper understanding of software technology
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
Ability to build and manage a Professional Services and Support org (with its own P&L) in a product company
Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Ability to accurately estimate effort and resources required to meet companys strategic goals
Ability to present complex technology concepts to Senior executives in an understandable way
Team player who will work across the organization to create and drive an actionable strategy for the worldwide Professional Services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Prior experience in automation technology would be a plus
Based in Dallas, and Up to 50% travel in Latin America required for this job
