Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Calendar management for executives
  • Coordiante meetings and events for clients and employees
  • Provide direct support during training activities and meetings
  • Be the face of the ofice and greet all the guests
  • Assist in budget management, including adjusting line items and reviewing monthly

Schedule: 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday 
Pay: $14-$16/hour, depending on experience

Job Requirements

- Associate's Degree required
- 2-5 years administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
