Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required

  • Must have high energy level; be self-motivated, with a results-oriented demeanor.
  • Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; completes task on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to speak and be understood in English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Excellent Verbal Communication Preferred
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Clear understanding of IIS and web applications
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server or source code management tool
  • How to publish a web application
  • Experience with API's and Web Services
  • Ability to debug and modifying html, C#, JavaScript
  • Experience with creating database backups
  • Familiar with SQL, SSMS and SSRS
  • Ability to modify stored procedures, views, functions, tables
  • Ability to grant and revoke Windows Server roles and permissions
Preferred
  • Proficient Technical Leadership Skills
  • Experience with administering Team Foundation Server
Physical Demands
  • After hours deployment activities
  • Early morning troubleshooting/hot fixe activities
