Job Description

Seeking a driven analyst who has a degree in Business Administration, IT  or similiar. This role requires 0-2 years of experience. 

-We have three major departments/divisions- Operations, Marine and Motorcycle. Operations includes our warehouses, IT, HR, Logistics, Purchasing. This person will report to, EVP Operations, and manage the budget and purchasing controls for IT and Operations- two departments that spend a lot of money- especially IT. 
-This person needs to have some business expertise where IT is too technical and does not handle their budget and purchasing processes well.  Our purchasing process is currently rather manual and tedious with multiple approvals so this needs managing to push appropriate purchases through. 
-This person will also have exposure to the entire organization and work across any number of departments/projects/etc.  Great exposure and ability to move into a management position in any area of the company.
-Will likely attend/work some trade shows, travel to our warehouses for projects, help with local events, coordinate internal audits, etc. 
-The person who was in this role has been promoted to a manager of a new department that has just been created- Sales Incentives Administration.  So this person is meant to be a successor for any number of roles. 
-Needs to be able to work independently, have strong business skills, good writing and organizational skills and be able to report to a very detail orientated supervisor.
-Should be easy going, able to take direction but implement overall concepts independently, have a couple years' experience, a 4 year degree in Business or IT.
