Seeking a Data Analyst for is a newly created position. Ideally looking for someone who came from an unofficial lead type of role, into a full blown lead and monitor role as part of their duties.
Responsible for leading day to day data operations and ensuring compliance with both the organization's policies and data strategy by translating strategic objectives into tactical execution plans/steps.
Manage a team of Data Analysts, whose responsibilities include data acquisition/cleansing/entry, software implementation/enhancement support, reconciliation of data submission errors/data error remediation and workflow/contract management.
Hands-on data management to support aforementioned activities also required.
Through collaboration with Senior Data Analyst, formulate, implement, and enforce proper data collection and data management policies and procedures to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of critical data sources.
Work closely with departments/stakeholders throughout the organization to define, set and manage Service Level Agreements and/or translate their data needs into tactical requirements.
Participate in project meetings, providing input to project plans and providing status updates as needed.
Execute data quality processes as needed, ensure data reconciliations are performed according to set standards.
Interview and hire personnel, as needed.
Serve as point of contact for external business partners, as needed, to collect feedback, work through data discrepancies or communicate status updates.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Very strong SQL Serverand Excel skills
• ERP experience (any ERP) DOS system is a plus
• Healthcare or clinical environment experience. This is important to know the difference between various compliance and regulatory info.
• Experience managing processes and procedures as well as data quality procedures.
