Job Description

Job Duties

Analyze brand performance and brand competitiveness to develop and recommend effective strategies based on research and analysis.
Develop and manage research initiatives surrounding consumer behaviors, lifestyles, and product usage to increase brand desire.
Benchmark other brands and trends, and come up with "big ideas' of new creative, yet cost effective marketing initiatives.
Work with Marketing to develop and implement marketing activities to maximize sales of aftermarket products.
Work with sales teams to identify appropriate sales strategies.
Develop and implement creative, cost-effective merchandising programs at the store level.
Develop, coordinate and execute launch strategies for the brand, new product launches and events.
Work with Marketing to create a strategic Plan for media and public relation activities in support of commercialization plans.
Maintain consistency of all communication elements across the marketing based activities.
Manage timing and budget of each project within their respective product category and channels.
Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
Ensure brand projects are tracking to timelines and budgets.
Create comprehensive, executive-level presentations that highlight consumer insights and expectations.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience.
6+ years of experience in B2C consumer products industry developing strategies for recognizable brands.
Must have experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methods and platforms.
Excellent project management skills are necessary.
Solid PowerPoint and presentation skills required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Able to handle multiple priorities and work under high pressure.
Must be results oriented.
Work experience in consumer electronics, mobile electronics, car audio, 12Volt, and/or automotive is highly desirable.
