Job Description

Digital Transformation Specialist
Experienced technology professional specializing in digital transformation, business process
reengineering and technology adoption training and coaching. Experienced Microsoft 365 platform
specialist able to demonstrate conversational expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Office 365-based
digital transformation capabilities.
Duties
* Collaborate with IT professionals and business unit staff to design and implement business
improvements based on digital transformation strategies
* Facilitate business process decisions by examining current state, analyzing monitoring workflows
and trends, developing business process models and recommending enhancements
* Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating
these changes to impacted business unit teams
* Collaborate with business unit staff and the IT team to identify high level business requirements
and map to Microsoft Dynamics 365/Office 365 platform capabilities
* Develop and apply modern business methods and identify best practices
* Create and assess performance measurements
* Identify motivators for digital transformation and unlocking Public Sector challenges
* Identify and coach cultural change needed for successful digital transformation
* Identify and develop partners who can assist business units on their transformation journey
* Evangelize current and future digital transformation services and technologies
* Create and deliver training and education learning paths for customers in virtual and in-person
"1:1" and "1:many" formats
* Build and maintain technical trusted advisor relationships with influential decision makers for
the successful adoption and deployment of digital transformation objectives
Skills Required
* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or related area or equivalent
combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred
* 10+ years of IT consulting experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and drive end user adoption of solutions
* Proven track record of delivering digital-centric project outcomes
* Experience with Office 365 solution development, including SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Flow
and Graph
* Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
* Change management experience
* Project management experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive
presentations
* Strong meeting facilitation skills
* Ability to prioritize and complete projects with minimal direction
