Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Greet customers, clients and vendors at reception area
  • General support work which may include but not limited to typing, filing, sorting, handling mail and scanning of documents
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Assist and support sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes and goals
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Pay: $15-$17/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Requirements

- High School Diploma
- Previous Experience in an Administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly professional and excellent communication skills
