Job Description

We are assisting our client in the search of an IT Support and Network Administration Specialist.

Reporting to the Information Technology Supervisor, this role involves comprehensive computer systems support and administration. Responsibilities include Helpdesk support, network maintenance, security compliance, and user training.

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Napa with regular travel within Sonoma, Napa and Solano Counties

Provide IT support to end-users and agency systemsManage Helpdesk tickets and provide 2nd tier supportDesign, configure, and maintain network infrastructureEnsure compliance with security policies and regulationsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutionsQualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field3-5 years of experience in network administrationStrong knowledge of network protocols and security best practicesExperience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools
