We are searching for a Creative Brand & Digital Design Specialist to join our campaign marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a WordPress guru with strong experience building brand awareness by designing engaging visual material for the insurance and/or finance industry!

Day to day responsibilities will involve:

  • Working with small team of designers and content creators to concept and execute inspired, creative solutions that reflect our organization's brand
  • Design of web site, landing pages, and digital campaigns
  • Coordinate directly with the Marketing and Graphic Services team to produce design material that is on strategy and reflects brand's personality for print and web use.
  • Take ownership over producing complete graphic art and visual materials for online, print, video and interactive marketing, communications and informative/instructional materials.
Successful candidates will have the following skills & expertise
  • Advance proficiency designing in WordPress
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
  • Ability to interpret design needs and execute material reflective of the organization's mission & standards
  • UI/UX and front-end design experience is a plus
