Job Description:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and escalations
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the SLAs and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions in proprietary CRM software, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Build and Manage files/databases to effectively gauge and manage all inquiries
  • Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to report progress, headwinds, and tailwinds

Job Requirements

• Experience: Must be comfortable with computers, phones, faxes and office equipment.
• Computer Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet Navigation
• Excel User (Will be tested)
• Knowledge/Familiarity of/with the Wireless Industry
• Clean Background, Authorized to work in United States and able to pass Drug Test
• Comfortable working in Office Environment, mostly sitting, utilizing a PC and answering the phones
• Able to lift and carry up to 25lbs and able to bend and reach
• Set an Example for all employees of exemplary behavior by adhering to all company policy and corporate directives
• Reliable transportation
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
