The HR Analyst Summary:
The HR analyst will be responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to make conclusions that help streamline all processes. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring that all managers within the organization stay updated on the status of queries, issues, and concerns by collecting relevant information as necessary.
The HR analysts will work extensively with data and gather essential insights that drive business administration decisions. For example, The HR analyst will gather statistics on compensation for specific job openings, analyze results from employee satisfaction surveys, evaluate training results, and more.

The HR Analyst Responsibilities:
* Data Integrity Compilation and Analysis:
o Collect and synthesize HR data from HCM systems.
o Interpret data to identify trends and inform HR decisions.
o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the HCM system.
* Compliance Management:
o Monitor government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws to ensure company compliance.
o Analyze legal requirements and amend the HCM of necessary policy adjustments.
* Competitive Analysis and Strategy:
o Conduct thorough analyses of competitor HR practices.
o Develop recommendations for HR Department and management to enhance HR strategies.

* Reporting and Communication:
o Create comprehensive reports on HR metrics for senior leadership and C-suite executives.
o Present findings and insights to inform strategic planning.
o Track key performance metrics and report on progress.
o Design an implement HR Dashboards and analytics tools for HR data
* Survey Design and Management:
o Design and oversee employee surveys and exit interviews to collect, analyze and present feedback on the work environment and culture.
o Design and manage employee surveys 360 feedback and exit interviews
* Training and Development Facilitation:
o Coordinate the implementation of employee training and development programs.
o Support new HR-related initiatives such as recruiting and employee development.
o Develop assessments for potential and current employees and update employment records
o Provide training to employees and managers about company policies and HR self-service tool.
o Provide HCM system training to people leaders.
* HCM System Project Contribution
o Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
o Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy
* Onboarding, Offboarding and Compliance Auditing:
o oversee the onboarding process, including orientation sessions for new hires.
o Handle offboarding procedures for exiting employees.
o Perform regular HR system audits to maintain compliance with legal standards.

HR Analyst Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or Computer Science
* Human resources certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred)
* 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
* 2+ years of experience in human resources analytics
* At least one year of experience in labor relations and compliance
* 2+ years of experience improving employee's experience and performance management through data analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
* Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Tech background is a plus
