Job Description

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
* Conducts weekly data audits and mass data imports
* Enters Personnel Action Transactions and audits for accuracy (New Hires, Terms, Transfers, etc)
* Prepares various scheduled and on demand reports for distribution
* Maintains weekly interface files between various vendors
* Assists with position management cleanup
* Manages the clinical scheduling system (Shiftwizard)
* Assists with implementation to new HCM system which includes system audit and data cleanup
* Assistance with other projects as assigned

Educational / Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Knowledge of HRIS Systems including (but not limited to) benefits, applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management and learning mgmt. systems
* 3-5 years human resources generalist experience
* Strong knowledge of Benefits and HR processes and data.
* Excellent computer skills required, including knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
* Requires good judgment, analytical and problem solving skills.
* General orientation at time of hire. Other programs as mandated.
