We have a Direct-Hire need for a Marketing Manager with experience using ShareASale!
The Marketing Manager is responsible for controlling the creation, maintenance, and scaling of the affiliate programs to drive consumers online. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing campaign performance across affiliate programs and uncover hidden trends to identify areas of improvement. In addition, you will work closely with affiliates to ensure their integrity to protect the brand and identify actions that will increase sales volume. You will also collaborate with the creative team to curate content and with the development team to ensure proper tracking and pixel setup.
Management of online tracking and optimization will be a key part of this role and will require someone with strong quantitative skills to analyze affiliate campaign effectiveness and offer actionable insights to improve performance.

3-5 Years' experience managing large budgets and affiliate networks
Experience with ShareASale
Experience measuring, calculating, reporting on, and understanding the relationship between a variety of performance metrics in a direct response business, including impressions, clicks, click through rate, bounce rate, conversion rate, average order value, and return on ad spend.
Knowledge of digital tracking technologies
