Seeking a Web E-commerce developer for our high-growth company in the Consumer Products space. As an E-Commerce developer, you will have the ability to make a significant impact and grow across a wide range of opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Web Ecommerce developer have a wide range of responsibilities, which includes:

Continuously Updating and maintaining Farouk's website's structure to ensure it is compatible with web browsers, search engines, and other devices such as mobile phones or tablets
Understand business needs and develop solutions that delight consumers and customers
Develop consumer grade eCommerce applications that scale in a global environment
Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to develop Websites/E-Commerce portal solutions and solve high complexity issues
Developing & publishing new products, updating existing ones, levels them to the Farouk's website catalog, and managing inventory levels
Identifying opportunities for improvement in conversion rates and recommending changes to increase sales or reduce costs
Establishing an online presence for businesses through social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest or Twitter
Designing and developing websites using web design software such WordPress or Microsoft Visual Studio
Building and maintaining online stores with an ecommerce platform such as WooCommerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Maintaining the security of websites/E-Commerce Portal through Fraud scans and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities that could be exploited by hackers


Education & Experience:

Four-year college degree from an accredited institution. Merchandising, Sales, and/or customer service experience in a business -to-customer segment
3-5 Years of experience as E-commerce Development
Proven experience in Product listings, marketing, and e-commerce
Proficiency in description and pricing for pre-sale and purchase scenarios
Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Knowledge of web/E-Commerce security
Experience working with payment gateways like Stripe, Paymetric, CyberSource etc
Experience of using user-centric design and applying User Experience concepts


Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Exhibit a strong desire to collaborate, learn, and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excited to work on a wide variety of problems
