Location: Centennial, Colorado

Schedule: On-site 5 days per week

Type: Direct Hire, Full Timeto Senior IT Systems Engineer/Network Admin

Salary Range: $110k - $130k + 5-15% bonus (based on company performance)

JOB SUMMARY (the purpose and general nature of the job):

Lead and manage design, software development, deployment, and support of both internal Software Solutions and Commercial Software solutions and provide SharePoint Admin functions of global multi-company system(s). Lead and manage resources in implementation of custom software solutions including SharePoint's application components. Expert in software concepts SDLC and change management of Microsoft's software development stack. Employee cultivates strong relationships between business, IT, related outsourcing vendors, and software vendors. Employee is expected to be on-call 24X7 in support of IT's technology solutions globally.


· Lead SharePoint designer and architect in local, global, and customer & supplier provided solution, which include both internal and POS IT solutions to customers and suppliers.

· Participate and often lead custom solutions and integration with related software solutions, and standards.

· Subject Matter Expert leading integration of key business functions into architecture, design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.

· SQL Server Expert and it's integration with software solutions and SharePoint

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge, and experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, BCS or related degree + 12 years relevant experience or 16 years related experience in MS SharePoint, MS Windows, MS SQL Server, and Active Directory

· IT Management and/or prior supervisory experience a plus

· IT certifications such as: Oracle, Microsoft, Citrix, and/or Cisco a plus

· Experience with one or more following programming languages: Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, JSON, others

· Experience with the following web frameworks: React, jQuery, Spring, SPFx

· Experience with HTML 5/CSS 3

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

· Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.

· Able to lift computer equipment, monitors, and servers.
