Job Description

Duties

  • Act as central point of contact for development and execution of custom video and image content for our brands.
  • Partner with Leadership, Marketing, & Media teams to develop high quality and high converting content marketing assets.
  • Manage resourcing of Content Production Team, handling bandwidth and project requests.
  • Project-manage all aspects of content creation process, from concept development to final execution. Keep multiple concurrent projects on deadline and budget
  • Make effective, creative, fun, social-driven, and conversion driven videos and images that will drive conversions and achieve KPIs
  • Keep track of viral trends, create video and image assets around them, and analyze the results of your work
  • Oversee a team of internal and external photographers, videographers, editors, and producers in realizing the vision for each asset. Manage team's deadlines and priorities for each stage of the program
  • Act as top editor and director for all custom branded content, ensuring all assets adhere to the style and standards of the different brands
 
 
Skills/Requirements
 
  • 5+ years in a content production role and 2+ years managing a content production team.
  • Proven experience with all aspects of content production and managing production teams.
  • Proven ability to produce image and video assets that convert and get millions of views using best practices
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Proven ability to produce everything from Buzzfeed and Tasty style videos and memes, simple phone captured footage, to high gloss, high quality videos and images
  • Can think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results
  • Solid management background, with experience overseeing diverse team members in video production, sound production, photo and design, and fostering collaboration between cross-functional team members.
  • A passion for sharing lifestyle images and video that's entertaining and inclusive, but never prescriptive.
  • The ability to think analytically about social sharing to create videos that are made to be shared.
  • An eye for catchy, shareable stories
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • A positive attitude and outlook are a necessity, along with excellent, clear communication and professionalism
  • Predict social trends before they happen
