This individual will be responsible for providing Tier 1 technical support in an enterprise environment. We are looking for an individual with a high level of customer service skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in these areas:
Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office Suite 2007/2010, TCP/IP networking
Mobile device support
Troubleshooting connectivity issues
