We are seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Systems Analyst. This is an onsite position based in Palm Beach County, Florida. The role is central to enhancing our HIM applications, focusing on areas such as Deficiency Tracking, Coding, Release of Information, and Identity Management. The candidate will be instrumental in interfacing across various departments to ensure the HIM system effectively aligns with the organization's needs and workflows.

Educational and Professional Requirements:
Epic certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Comprehensive knowledge of HIM workflows and procedures.
Clinical background is beneficial but not required.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in an analyst role, especially with HIM systems.

Familiarity with HIM workflows like chart tracking, release of information, deficiency tracking, and coding.
Experience with transcription, scanning workflows, and adherence to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
Previous experience with the Epic HIM system is highly valued.
Understanding of workflow integration within clinical departments and operational interactions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary support contact for the application's end-users.
Identify and resolve issues in the application area and those affecting other teams.
Guide workflow design, system building, testing, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Epic software.
Implement requested system changes.
Liaise between end-users' needs and Epic implementation staff.
Maintain communication with Epic representatives; participate in project meetings.
Ensure the system meets the organization's business needs.
Participate in training, support end users, and undertake site visits.
Regular project and issue reviews with leadership.
