The position requires experience in the implementation and support of core IT infrastructure for end-user environments. The Remote Support Engineer will provide excellent customer support for end-users computers as well as servers and other network infrastructure.
In addition to the support of current desktop applications for Windows 7-10, the successful candidate will also have operational knowledge of:
Printing and Scanning
Microsoft 2008-2012 Server Operating Systems
Exchange Server 2007-2013
virtualization with Hyper-V and VMWare ESXI
The use of ConnectWise and Remote Monitoring and Management tools such as N-Able or Kaseya are a plus.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to instill confidence in end-users to know their issue will be resolved.
A minimum of 3 years of experience installing and supporting computer networks and working with end-users.
CCNA or N+ Certifications a plus!
