Technical Support Specialist - 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Description:
* Acquires and maintains knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users.
* Ability to educate or coach customers, field service technicians via telephone or meeting software.
* Processes product line warranties and product complaints
* Provide accurate and timely logging of customer incidents and tasks to meet agreed upon service levels with high customer satisfaction.
* Monitor, follow up, and close pending customer support cases.
* Research, resolve, and respond to complex questions received via telephone calls or escalations and provides support on services in accordance with current standards. Follows up with user to ensure problem is resolved satisfactorily.
* Flexible in working off business hours - 2nd or 3rd shift.
* Attend regular team meetings both remotely with over sea team members and in person office settings.
* Adheres to all stated company policies, rules, and procedures.
* Performs other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
* Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests, resolving customer issues and inquiries with high customer satisfaction.


Requirement:
* High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a related field is
preferred.
* Minimum of 1 years' experience Customer Service technical support on phone and/or training of related work experience

* Technical knowledge such as entry level electrical and mechanical systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Contact Management Systems
* Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in English - written and spoken)
* Remains calm in challenging situations
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as user manuals, standard operation procedure, and commissioning check-list.
