Role: Sr Project Manager (Six Sigma, PowerBI, Process improvement)
Location:

Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000

What You'll Do

  • Champion operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Collaborate with executives to define project scope, milestones, budgets, and success metrics
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize performance and align with business goals
  • Manage/SME Power BI platform to deliver actionable insights and commercialize analytics
  • Leverage ERP for financials, warehousing, contracts, labor, and materials, etc.
  • Design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for senior leadership
  • Spearhead modeling and analytics for product launches and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of data-driven innovation and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a key liaison between business and IT, managing vendors and strategic accounts

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally in a growing company
  • Expertise in Power BI and ERP systems
  • Proven success in process improvement, data analytics, and strategic execution
  • Experience with ERP implementations or upgrades
  • Experience in Lean or Six Sigma (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
