Order Fulfillment Representative

Onsite in Ewing, NJ 08628

Pay: $23.33/hr

Duration: 9 month, Temp-to-hire eligible, W-2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process state and customer documents per SOP using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office Suite

· Processes initial filings, retrieving documents, checking status/compliance, and managing legal service of process documents (receipt, scanning, forwarding, retention).

  • Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality standards
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Resolve issues or escalate appropriately, both internally and externally

· Delivers superior service to customers, analyzing customer requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving or escalating issues, and maintaining consistent communication with both customers and internal teams.

  • Provide consultative support to customers, vendors, and team members on product and jurisdictional requirements
  • Analyze data to recommend process improvements
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years in customer service or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and sources of demand
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
