Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Bend, OR

Pay Range: $71,000 to $82,000 DOE + bonuses

The opportunity to work from home remotely, part of the time, is available for the right fit after 6 months on the job.

Position Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and dependable IT Support Engineer to support clients both onsite and remotely. The role is based in Bend, OR, and involves a mix of in-person client visits (about 40% of the time) and working from the office handling support tickets and calls (approximately 60%). Remote work flexibility is available after the initial onboarding and ramp-up period (approximately 6 months).

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary IT contact for up to 10 clients at a time, building lasting relationships through dependable and responsive service

· Resolve support tickets efficiently with clear documentation and client communication

· Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting and technical support

· Assist with larger client projects as the technical lead

· Provide internal knowledge sharing with the rest of the team via documentation and communication

· Identify potential needs or opportunities during client interactions and share them with the Account Management team

· Occasionally support the internal Help Desk team as needed

What You Bring:

· 4+ years of experience delivering onsite IT support in a client-facing role

· 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 and Windows Server environments

· 4+ years working with Office 365 and Active Directory administration

· Strong understanding of networking, including routing and switching

· Comfortable with server hardware installation and configuration

· Proficiency with remote support tools and remote client troubleshooting

· Microsoft 365 Certified
