Location: Englewood, CO
Schedule: 100% Onsite, Some installations will require overnight shifts depending on the project.
Type: Contract (5-6 months)
Pay: $21-$23 per hour (paid on a weekly basis)
? Responsible for coordinating the sourcing, configuration, kitting, and installation of equipment with coworkers, vendors, customers, and field technicians.
? Ensure onsite and off-site work is completed on time, and drive activities to ensure internal and external obligations are met.
? Reviewing and reporting on the quality of completed work.
? Provide basic reporting and recaps to drive communication and ensure improvement.
? Responsible for scheduling, managing, reviewing and reporting field activities, including but not limited to site surveys, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, etc.
? Resolve customer problems through telephone discussions, remote desktop tools, live chat, and email.
? Create and maintain training and solution documentation including tasking, SOPs, spreadsheets, reports, and more.
? Prioritize unplanned requests while simultaneously managing active assigned work.
? Collaborate directly with leadership to drive internal initiatives in concert with daily work.
? Provide one on one skills training for coworkers to develop their knowledge and understanding of technology, customer needs, technician management techniques, and in the use of provided software and tools.
? Assist with fulfillment and project coordination activities out in the warehouse.
? Occasional travel and site visits may be required.
· 1 to 2 years
? Previous roles in cabling installation are extremely valuable.
? Experience in a help desk or a call center environment is preferred.
? Experience with Google docs, spreadsheets, email and Excel.
? Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software.
? Proactive thinker.
You will be assigned to either an 8 hour or 12-hour shift depending on current project needs. Standard shifts are Monday through Friday.
? Flexibility is a MUST as some installations may require overnight shifts depending on the project.
? This is an onsite position. Applicants will generally be required to perform work on site.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate, however it can be louder in the server room.
