Our client has a product that is a GPS tracking system for trucks, vans, ships etc. They monitor things like tire pressure, weight, brake wear etc.
They just landed a big deal with Amazon to have their technology on their fleet of delivery trucks nationwide.
Now they are in the midst of installing the product on the delivery trucks.. The need is for tech support specialists to make sure the installs are done correctly, that the product is connected and synched up with Company's tracking and support center, and that the data is flowing correctly etc..
This requires level 1 Help Desk tech with good comm skills, org skills, technical proficiency with Microsoft products. They use RingCentral as their ticketing system.
They will train on the product which is called AssistMe..
Remote anywhere. But ideally if they can spread the techs our evenly as possible in the various times zones, that would be great.
Pay rate. 22 (there might be a little bit flexibility)
SHIFTS: All times are EST. The manager is in North Carolina.
Position 1&2 (28hr per week) Sun-Tues 12:00am-8:30am, Wed 12:00am-4:00am
Position 3&4 (28hr per week) Sun-Tues 3:30pm-12:00am, Wed 3:30pm-8:00pm
Position 5&6 (28hr per week) Wed 4:00am-8:30am Thurs-Sat 12:00am-8:30am
Position 7&8 (28hr per week) Wed 7:30pm-12:00am, Thurs-Sat 3:30pm-8:00pm
