About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves working closely with the VP of IT to manage, prioritize, and communicate various IT projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

• Project Planning & Management: Collaborate with the VP of IT to manage, prioritize, and communicate projects, priorities, and tradeoffs within the IT department and across the company.
• Technical Oversight: Work with IT teams to coordinate the design, testing, and implementation of solutions effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all projects comply with relevant standards and maintain thorough documentation.

Required Skills:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a related technical organizational role.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications, or equivalent (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
