Job Title: Data Analytics (PowerBI, Excel)
Location: Weekly hybrid onsite in Irvine, CA
Employment Type: 7 months contract
Compensation: $35.00 to 37.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist managing satisfaction data (data analytics) to drive improvement of the client experience.
• Support the design, development and implementation, reporting, and communication of structured vendor evaluation program and other programs and projects designed to improve the overall customer experience.
• Support other Sales & Service Operations activities, programs, and initiatives, and miscellaneous projects and assignments

Overall Related Experience:

• 5+ years strong analytical focus/experience in a customer experience field, advanced proficiency with statistics and data analysis.
• Major emphasis on Power BI (should be very strong/super user), and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, indexing and collating data from multiple data sources)
• A huge plus if familiar with mTab
• Data analytics background, some basic automotive knowledge / familiarity with dealer operations would be highly preferred as they really need to hit the ground running.
