Senior Administration Coordinator - Remote

Pay Rate Range: $23.33/hr. - $26.66/hr.

Contract Positon: 12 months

Description/Comment:

Provide high level administrative support requiring a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary and knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people. Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases. Handle confidential information. Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets. Perform tasks using independent judgment and discretion; e.g., preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases; arranging and attending meetings; taking and distributing minutes.This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based. The knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. This job typically requires a minimum of 3 or more years experience.
