The Infra Operation Manager as a technical expert leads operations and projects around Network, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Security, and Data Center operations for complex systems in large global and multi-office Enterprise infrastructure.
Additional responsibilities are to include however not limited to the following:
* Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network and devices
* Responsible for operating and monitoring network and system performance, IT system operations, and storage utilization.
* Plans for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
* Oversee and provide support with escalated helpdesk requests.
* Leads a team of network and systems engineers, and coordinates with different departments.
* Mentors team members and educates users.
* Maintain strong technical documentation
* Implement, operate, and maintain company security standard
* Supporting automation initiatives
* Flexibility to work with Asia/Brazil Time zones
* Other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education:
BS degree in computer science or related field
Current Cisco, VMWare, or Microsoft Certification desired
Experience:
9~12 years of experience working in the information technology sector
Scripting/Power Shell and Automation desired
