Job Title: Yardi Developer (Aspire Module Specialist)
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Month Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, customize, and maintain Yardi Aspire Module applications to meet the business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Implement and test new features and functionalities within the Yardi Aspire Module.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Yardi Aspire Module.
* Ensure data integrity and security within the Yardi system.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
* Document development processes, configurations, and changes.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
* 5+ years of experience as a Yardi Developer, with specific expertise in the Aspire Module. (flexible)
* Strong knowledge of Yardi system architecture and database management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with other Yardi modules and integrations.
* Familiarity with real estate or property management industry practices.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment.
* Exposure to California Housing Authorities a plus.
