Job Title: Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Technician
Contract for Hire, Onsite Glendale, $21-$26/hr
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues
- A+ Certification
- Experience with Windows Domain Servers
- Proficient in desktop support and end-user assistance
- Some college education or technical certification preferred
- Experience with phone systems (VoIP)
- Ability to conduct routine tech support and system testing for ongoing maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Manager in maintaining and supporting technological systems, ensuring proper functioning through routine testing and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Escalate issues to the appropriate support team when necessary
- Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining computers and other hardware as needed
- Set up and configure workstations, printers, copiers, and antivirus software
- Provide technical support to end-users, responding to requests and resolving issues
- Support the relocation and installation of end-user hardware and VoIP phone systems
