Mobile Maintenance Technician
Qualifications
*
High school diploma or GED equivalent
*
5 years of industrial/commercial equipment repair and maintenance
*
5 years of electrical troubleshooting and repair
*
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
*
Ability to work on a ladder
*
Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
*
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
*
Ability to read electrical and/or mechanical schematics
*
Ability to research information to find solutions
*
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
*
Ability to manage time and complete repairs within scheduled timelines
*
Self-starter and able to work independently or in a team environment
*
Strong understanding of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) protocols
*
3 Phase Electrical Troubleshooting: 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities
*
Oversee the mechanical and electrical health of up to 5 assigned wash locations
*
Perform all mechanical and electrical repairs
*
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical components
*
Scheduling projects/repairs
*
Ordering necessary replacement parts and keeping stock of necessary spare parts
*
Address and repair emergency break downs in a timely manner
*
Document future and past repairs using a CMMS program or spreadsheet
*
Provide training to car wash team members on proper use of equipment to prevent downtime
*
Adhere to company vehicle policies
*
Adhere to all OSHA and Quick Quack safety standards
