Job Description

Technical Support Technican 100% onsite in Stamford CT Area

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for IT related incidents on both MAC and Windows devices.

  • Experience troubleshooting macOS, ios and windows hardware- software
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, especially with non-technical users
  • Support via in-person, phone and email
  • 2-3 years helpdesk experience with a majority on Mac
  • Apple Certifications are a plus
