Duties and Responsibilities ·
Oversee the mechanical and electrical health of up to 5 assigned wash locations · Perform all mechanical and electrical repairs · Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical components · Scheduling projects/repairs · Ordering necessary replacement parts and keeping stock of necessary spare parts · Address and repair emergency break downs in a timely manner · Document future and past repairs using a CMMS program or spreadsheet · Provide training to car wash team members on proper use of equipment to prevent downtime · Adhere to company vehicle policies · Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
