LMS Administrator
Duration: 12+ months, W-2, Contract

Pay: $35 - $48 an hour
Job Description:
· Administration, testing and implementation of the Company learning management system (LMS).
· Applies knowledge and technologies to the design and development of an LMS.
· Uses analytical and statistical methods to assess, diagnose, and correct or improve the LMS through an understanding of process design requirements, system interactions and application architecture.
· Administration of our gamified learning reinforcement platform as well as producing in the live virtual classroom.
· Monitor, evaluate and manage training activities in the Learning Management Systems (LMS).
· Support the back-end development of the LMS.
· Ensures all employees are aware of training requirements.
· Participate in the development and implementation of classroom, web-based and other media training programs. Collaborate on training material integration into the LMS.
· Produce 1-2 live virtual classes per day in the virtual classroom.
· Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula.
· Provide learning support and troubleshooting for the LMS system.
· Conduct testing of LMS database or programs. Utilize investigation, failure analysis, and corrective/preventative action tools to assess risk, investigate, and respond to complaints, non-conformances or deviations of the LMS.
· In a team, support the further implementation and enhancement of user interfaces, document management and workflows and change control processes.
· Administer system access rights to ensure security and integrity of LMS
· Provide input to Global Plateau Change Committee. Assist in the assessment, upgrade and deployment of change initiatives to support improved functionality and efficiencies of the system.
· Manages user data upload process in the learning reinforcement platform to ensure accuracy and integrity of user database. Manages the design, deployment and prize fulfillment of rewards program in the learning reinforcement platform.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelors & 1-2 yrs experience in a LMS administration role specifically with SAP SuccessFactors
* Pharma industry experience preferred
* Instructional design, quality/quality training experience
* Familiarity outside of learning system admin piece
* MS Office proficiency, graphics and statistical programs, and use of electronic quality and operational systems
* Analyzing and Developing layered systems, and understanding impact to structural changes
* Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal and presentation skills to drive results
* Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, find solutions to prevent future issues and
