Purpose:
Field Work: Provides support and completes small engagements/ small projects, both remotely and onsite, for Endsight's clients. Includes installing networking equipment, setting up workstations, installing and updating software, troubleshooting issues, and more.
Help Desk Support: A typical day revolves around remote customer support on a variety of platforms and technologies.
Location: San Diego office (San Diego, Ca) and on-site at customer sites in San Diego and surrounding areas.
