Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and technically savvy Level 1 Field Support Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft hardware and software, with relevant certifications or formal education are ideal. This role involves traveling to various client sites within the Tustin area, providing essential break/fix support, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
