Job Description:

Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following; vesting issues, judgments, liens subordination agreements, releases and title issues. Executes title curative actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process. Maintain a high level of customer service through proactive communication with customers and business partners. High volume, fast paced environment. All candidates must have the following: lien clearing and title resolution experience, Curative title experience with previous Title company, must be able to multitask and able to work quickly and independently. Candidate should possess the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and manage priorities of the business effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Texas title abstracts, examination and title commitments
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Lien clearing and title resolution experience
  • Curative experience with a Title Company
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to work quickly and independently
  • Customer service driven
  • Commitment to teamwork
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with borrowers, partners, and third parties
  • Demonstrated Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of title and mortgage documents
  • Previous mortgage/title industry experience
  • Proven track record of strong quality and productivity
  • Experience in a multi-state operation
  • Experience in managing a pipeline of transactions
  • Strong Word and Excel Experience
