Position: Senior Mobile App Testing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile App Testing Engineer to join us! Responsibilities:

  • Identify the core evaluation metrics for the app, and establish reasonable evaluation systems and testing standards based on these metrics
  • Design test cases, write necessary test design documents for new features and modules, and develop tools to help improve testing efficiency.
  • Design testing plans based on R&D designs and changes and participate in the execution of test cases.
  • Build APP Testbed and testing framework in the lab.
  • Follow up on user feedback, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.
  • Stay informed about market changes, including new mobile devices and competitor apps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mobile application testing, familiar with mobile application testing processes and methods.
  • Experience in app testing should ideally be based on the interaction between the app and devices (not just the app itself)
  • Familiar with mobile application development environments and common testing tools, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of APP user experience (UI/UX), attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Work experience in the field of routing and switching products or smart home (IP Camera, Bulb, Plug, Vacuum…)
  • Familiar with computer network protocols.
  • Python programming skill
