Job Description

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • 5+ years of experience working with IT Service Management tools.
  • Experience with the customization and development of ITSM (ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy) applications, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Support coding, unit testing, and integrating new features into the ITSM platform.
  • Help configure and set up the ITSM instance, write custom scripts, and automate environment deployment and validation tasks.
  • Configure the development instance, ensuring data and code separation between environments with Scoped Applications and Application Data Protection.
  • Assist in implementing core modules such as transaction processing and reporting, utilizing Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
  • Contribute to building custom applications using Server side scripting (specifically PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)
  • Assist in resolving issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and optimize code based on performance feedback.
  • Support final deployment efforts, ensuring the production instance is fully configured and functioning correctly.
  • Participate in new feature development, bug resolution, and enhancement of existing modules within the platform.
  • Experience with ASP.net and SharePoint.
  • Preferred Experience Adobe AEM forms design and customization, and integration of AEM forms into an ITSM package.
