Tech-Help Desk Specialist
12 Month Contarct, 4-5 Hours per week, on call with 24-48 hrs resolution turnaround
Onsite, San Fernando
$28-32/hr
We have a new job order for an IT Support Technician at for a school in San Fernando, CA. They need someone for 4-5 hours per week to assist with minor troubleshooting.
- Standard Troubleshooting
- Tech support for laptops and desktops
- Internet functionality
- Majority of teachers use Mac computers.
- Smartboards connection support
- Need someone to troubleshoot if there is an issue
- ADT for their Security cameras
- Logistics with Mac computers and Smartboards.
- Security Components
- Network Issues
- G Suite
Need to come in within 24-48 hours if they are having an issue. If they are able to, it would be between 7am-6pm. They have someone there as early as 7am. They would have to be onsite for the support.
