Job Description
Ledgent Technology is seeking an SAP Functional Team Lead.
The role involves providing recommendations for improving, upgrading, and standardizing the SAP and ERP solutions.
This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Only local candidates will be considered.
Up to 15% travel as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Develop a vision for standardization and tooling requirements to improve efficiency and processes.
- Lead the visioning, roadmap development, and support for efficient processes aligned with global best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse businesses and locations, considering language, culture, and time zone differences.
- Effectively communicate the company's vision to staff and stakeholders.
- Understand process flows and relationships within ERP modules (financial, engineering, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing operations, etc.).
- Collaborate with functional areas to identify operational performance indicators and prioritize continuous improvement.
- Manage ERP implementation projects, including planning, onboarding, and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with leadership and ERP power users to design processes and workflows for optimal ERP functionality.
- Assist in designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting system changes, as well as planning upgrades and enhancements.
- Perform data analysis and reporting from multiple sources to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the requirement gathering process, prioritize user stories, and oversee business acceptance during product deliverables.
- Provide end-user support, including issue tracking and training.
- Document procedures, update documentation, and provide training.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of SAP and Epicor systems from both technical and end-user perspectives.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:- Degree in a related field.
- 10 years of SAP ERP experience, including Accounting, Distribution, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, etc.
- Proficiency in ERP project management (implementation, planning, and support).
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- A continuous learning mindset.
- Competency in managing requirements, user stories, and product deliverables.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving ERP issues and errors.
- Ability to optimize ERP processes and workflows for efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Epicor systems from both technical and end-user perspectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
