Ledgent Technology is seeking a Sr Business Analyst - Digital Transformation.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. NO REMOTE WORK.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Support process engineering to enhance business processes
• Design technology solutions aligning with business requirements and processes
• Maintain expertise in the organization's current platforms supporting business processes
• Stay updated on evolving technology trends and market developments
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to shape project scope and vision for Workflow Handoff workstreams
• Conduct interviews using diverse methods to gather business requirements (workshops, surveys, process mapping, etc.)
• Define requirements' scope, impact, outcome criteria, and metrics for individual projects
• Curate a catalog of patterns, process pain points, and solutions for future designs
• Research software, products, and services to meet requirements and support procurement efforts
• Ensure purchased solutions are optimized through QA processes
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and adherence to standards
• Craft precise requirements specifications using standard templates
• Translate user and business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Create prototypes based on user requirements where applicable
• Develop process models, diagrams, and specifications for the project team
• Review and interpret business requirements, conveying them effectively to stakeholders
• Manage and track requirement status throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate changes and updates to stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding
• Provide guidance to junior staff members

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Degree in related field
• 3+ years: Related work experience
• 4+ years: Building mission-critical business applications, including one year with collaboration technologies
• Workflow documentation
• Visio and/or workshop facilitation
• Process design
• Training or background in business-project management
• Proven expertise in business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, and methodology development
• Experience overseeing software and hardware solutions' design, development, and implementation
• Ability to create consistent, user-friendly requirements specifications
• Proficiency in applying research methods to systems issues
• Understanding of product management and market positioning
• Project management skills, including resource management
• Application and software development life-cycle concepts
