Ledgent Technology is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist.
Candidates MUST have 3 years of process improvement experience in the Manufacturing/Distribution industry.
 
This is a full-time ONSITE role in Largo, FL. NO Remote work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• This role involves analyzing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data related to process performance using statistical tools and techniques. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement Methodologies: Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of process inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to implement improvement strategies.
• Process Documentation: Develop process maps, flowcharts, and visual aids to document current processes and proposed changes.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Gather insights, align objectives, and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure process performance. Monitor progress and prepare reports to communicate results.
• Change Management: Support process changes by providing training and addressing resistance.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to developing process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Project Management: Manage process improvement projects, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Degree in related field
• 3 years of process improvement experience in the Manufacturing/Distribution industry
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
• Process Mapping
• Time Studies and Line Balancing
• 5S Methodology (in Manufacturing)
• Statistical analysis tools, data visualization software, and productivity software (MS Excel, Tableau, Minitab)
• Change management expertise
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively in cross-functional teams

BONUS:

• Industrial Engineering knowledge/experience
